Exchange Policy
Customers are eligible to request an exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
All product details are clearly provided, including accurate size charts for each product. Please make sure to review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer and vary depending on the shipping fees of each governorate, especially when the exchange is due to selecting an incorrect size.
If a single item is returned or exchanged and it was originally purchased as part of a limited-time discount offer or a bundle, the item will be recalculated and valued based on its discounted or bundle price at the time of purchase, not the original individual price.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available in the case of a manufacturing defect or visible damage upon receiving the order.
